[00:00:11] It is Thursday. We are late. You know what time it is. Front Runner Podcast Collective is back on the air. I am your humble host, Vince. I am along with, so, Rhea, one of the producers of the show and a bunch of funds they will be providing some notes and some probably some statistics and what have you. So, I am glad to have them along the ride with us.

[00:00:41] First and foremost, I want to apologize to all of you because we said Monday Wednesday Friday for Pods. Our dog did not comply with the recording situation. He had some sort of anxiety separation attack because people had to go to doctors appointment and whatever normally he is fine.

[00:01:13] Yesterday, it was no going on. So, we apologize. Well, we are back and how we are going to do this today and then we are going to get all into it is we are talking about today.

[00:01:27] This can't be it teams. What I mean by that is like if you are a fan of one of these teams, you are scratching your head going like, are we really just running it back?

[00:01:44] I heard some rumors out there. What happened? So, that is what we are going to be doing today. We are going to be diving into a couple of these teams.

[00:01:54] We are going to be diving into maybe some of the key contributors or key members of this team and then who might actually get traded or what actually is out there.

[00:02:07] So, look forward to that. But before we do all that, you know what we got to do. Let's break down the socials. All right. So, first and foremost, ex twitter, it is at front runner PC and then for the producers, it is at Raya underscore, fr PC.

[00:02:34] So, I got that out the way. They are doing an excellent job of dragging me into the 21st century and we got to you know tweeting more and getting posted and you know we're going to give you some more background stuff once.

[00:02:55] We're going to be doing a little, there is always a remodeling doing, there is always remodeling going on. So, trust and believe, soon they will be like behind the scene pictures more that more of whatever we are working on things for you guys. So, we are doing more, we are trying to be more active on twitter.

[00:03:20] I hope you guys appreciate that because we are doing it for you. And then the second thing is the YouTube page.

[00:03:27] For us, runner podcast collective, please go seek it out, subscribe, like and comment. We want to build the community because I do envision a day that we have a discord and a day where you know we're all you know, crew setting, watching the game or whatever case may be so look forward to those type of things.

[00:03:50] So, let's get on the subscriptions with the YouTube channel for runner podcast collective. There will be more stuff going up we just did something on the lakers.

[00:04:03] We did something on Nico Harrison recently, both really excellent pieces thought pieces. So I hope that you guys go check those out and tell me what you think.

[00:04:15] And then the last thing is the podcast to sell. So, be a friend, tell a friend is the model that we are trying to put out there into the world.

[00:04:28] And what we are asking you to do is that if you enjoy our podcast and you have found it to be something that has become, you know, must, you know, appointment listening, which we appreciate.

[00:04:44] Tell the friend, tell the friend about us, tell the friend about what we've talked about. Hopefully we can bring you some basketball and some information, but hopefully we can entertain you as well. So those are what we are trying to do for you there.

[00:05:00] And at the end of the show, we always try to give you a tip of like if you have told you've exhausted your friend group.

[00:05:10] The front runner podcast collective is here for you. And we will give you tips on who else you can tell, so you got that to look forward to towards the end of the podcast now, with all that being said I guess we can get on with it right, and we can get on.

[00:05:28] Oh, before we step on to the actual goings on of the day. We talk about the last couple months how we broken our own individual record. We are actually on-case to do the exact same thing again. It's amazing. So again, thank you.

[00:05:48] The thing that I do want to say about this is that I really am astonish by the international flavor of our podcast. I've talked about Ghana and I'll talk about Kenya, but like for usals we have Paris, France,

[00:06:15] there are folks in in Singapore who are getting the podcasts. Our Canadian brothers and sisters, our brothers and sisters to the north are downloading podcasts. And then just all over America that I'm just astonished by and the numbers are growing. So I appreciate it.

[00:06:41] I think we are going to set another record, you know, fingers crossed, we got some more podcasts within the month and hopefully we can go ahead and crush that download record and establish a new one.

[00:06:58] So then we can just go ahead and try to break it again in August. By the way, August is my birthday. So it was a month that I will love to break our download record and whatever. Please let it be August. That would be great.

[00:07:15] All right, all that being said, again, appreciation to you, the audience, appreciation to you, the listener. It is a grassroots situation here. So thank you for all of your support. Let's get on to this podcast, shall we though? We got a lot of business to cover.

[00:07:36] And again, we called this podcast, this can't be it. The reason why we did that is because there's some franchises out here who either started a project and then either decided to take a little vacation before finishing it or there

[00:07:56] are some franchises out here who were just kind of scratching their head and going, I don't know what to make of this. So we're going to get into a couple of these franchises and we're going to have a part two of this episode.

[00:08:11] So what you're hearing today, we are also going to record something and we're going to finish it up for Friday. So you're going to have this one and then there's going to be a part two that drops on Friday. So keep it locked here.

[00:08:27] So if your franchise doesn't get talked about today and you're like, hold on. I know he didn't forget this one because they haven't done anything we're going to get to though. Trust me. Well, we're going to start off with the New Orleans pelicans and they fall under what

[00:08:47] I call a they started a remodel and then they had some sort of late add-on and the contractor and then we're having an issue now getting it squared away. So that's what it kind of relates to me when I look at them.

[00:09:08] So let's talk about their awesys and shall we? So what they sent out. So they sent out Dyson Daniels, the six foot eight, 200 crown wing. He's promising he's 21 years old. There's a lot of upside but the shooting needs to come across and it hasn't yet.

[00:09:28] He shooting weight below. He's like in low 40s and his field goal percentage and it's like 31% for 3.3% as well. So for Atlanta and we'll talk about them later, but you know long wing they could use one of those.

[00:09:49] Especially if you have a dominion to a coin guard like Tray Young and makes a lot of sense to provide a lot of length around him. Then they also lost in that there was a trade so they lost E.J. Mid-Lidel who's balling in summer league.

[00:10:08] Now injuries and injuries have basically interrupted his career every time it looks like he's about to get on the court because he's always looked good in summer league and he's always looked good in training camp and you know early in the preseason or whatever

[00:10:27] what there's always been some sort of entry that has basically stymied his development. So I hope that he can one stay healthy. That would be great and then to get an opportunity in Atlanta where it looks like you're

[00:10:47] doing an overall and we're going to get them because they're one of the teams in this deal. They also sent out Larry Nass Jr. You know good vet Cody Zeller they traded Jonas Vellichunus to the Washington Wizards. They lost Naji Marshall now.

[00:11:08] I'm gonna tell you this, I love this for Dallas. I ate it this for New Orleans. I like Naji Marshall. I think he's a good veteran wing who does his job and he's one of those plugging play

[00:11:24] type of dudes and if you gave them 12 minutes that was going to work and if you gave them 22 minutes that was going to work too. You just did one over extend him into that 22 to 26 minute roll all the time but if you

[00:11:41] had it injury, you need it like a three game run of Naji Marshall planned like 22 to 26 minutes he can definitely do that for you and give you really good production a sip in some water for the working yeah.

[00:12:03] And actually the reason why took a sip is because somebody had made a comment about my welfare and they were like oh you coughed on the pot and I'm trying to get the information

[00:12:17] out to you guys so quickly that I sometimes I'm like oh struggling here and then I'm like well I want to get through this for that you know I want to get through it and I'm like no, put on let's just have some water.

[00:12:33] We're just going to relax and have a conversation so a little sip of water right there. So getting back to all of this it basically equates out to dejonate Murray coming in.

[00:12:48] So all of this tear down was to get dejonate Murray in and keep in mind new woman's telekins is one of those teams that isn't notorious to have be staying under the cap I mean

[00:13:01] not staying under the cap but the aprons and we'll have you and they really don't like to maneuver they'll get up to where you have your like in the cap penalty. They don't really like necessary staying near that area so I see why this is now dejonate

[00:13:25] Murray was in need and the reason why this is a need and we're going to talk about some of the other guys that are on the team but first and foremost with dejonate Murray you

[00:13:38] get a primary initiator something that he really wanted to do in Atlanta and Tre Young would not let him. You're also hopefully getting back with with a lesser role because he will not be taking

[00:13:54] the shots that he was taking in Atlanta due to Zion Williams and being there and we'll talk about the others in a second but I think more efficiency and maybe the defense that was in San Antonio that did not travel to Atlanta can come back in New Orleans.

[00:14:20] I would love for that to happen now we'd great and it would be great for New Orleans and Zion and this is that thing basically because I want to see them advance in the playoffs

[00:14:31] and see what and we want to see a bit run from Zion that would be great but dejonate Murray last year average 22.5 points again five point three rebounds again and six point four assist game now there were incredible stretches when Tre Young was out with the injury

[00:14:55] where dejonate Murray had the team and he was running the offense and I think that was the catalyst for how coveted dejonate Murray was around the league. You remember in our request previous when we talked about Atlanta we talked about that Tre Young and his value

[00:15:19] around the league that there weren't a lot of executives very excited to get Tre Young as a player and I think at the time we talked about some of the things that Tre really

[00:15:33] now at this point has to look himself in the mirror and say and now we're talking a lot about Atlanta we haven't even got to them so before I even do that I'm so sorry we will

[00:15:46] get back to that story but dejonate Murray in New Orleans let's give New Orleans a do first you get a real good guard you get a guy who can actually if for some reason you're getting off

[00:16:00] grand an ingrown you replace that productivity if you're keeping Brandon in grum you have a real solid trio of guys who for at any point in time all three of them can go off for 40

[00:16:19] plus and if they're all accepting of a lesser role and a lesser responsibility of them to carry offensive load you might be able to extract maybe a little bit of some productivity on the

[00:16:38] defense and in from those three guys as well part of the problem with New Orleans is that unfortunately Zion Williamson who is their number one guy and Brandon Ingram who is their number two guy

[00:16:55] neither of them are what you would consider really good defensive players now with Brandon Ingram there was a theoretical thought that he could be with the long arms and just the way he moves and will have

[00:17:12] you and it just hasn't come to pass now it was something that we did see in Los Angeles and maybe because of the better the bigger offensive burden that he has in New Orleans

[00:17:26] some of that defensive stuff has gone by the wayside with him and he's become pretty much a I would say a net negative defender at this point and as I on whether it's just lack of time on

[00:17:41] a court, lack of conditioning or lifestyle however you want to put it I'm hoping that the Zion that was turning the corner late last year returns next year and even better clean living lifestyle type situation and understands what kind of force he could possibly

[00:18:07] be in this league if he really did commit himself to staying in the most optimal conditioning he could but with all that being said there's not a lot of defense so if you're getting to John Tay Murray and saying hey look dude you were taking like 20 shots of

[00:18:28] game at Atlanta well right now we got Zion and we got Brandon Ingram so you're going down to like 14 shots again okay so the one thing with the Zion Tay Murray you're never going to have to worry

[00:18:44] about effort he's an effort guy so if you're taking if he's taking less of an offensive low maybe that shows up more in the playmaking aspect and also on the defense society to walk

[00:18:59] that's my hope that's my hope is that he gets down to New Orleans he gets down there and sees okay this is the landscape this is what's going on and he decides hey I'm gonna go ahead and

[00:19:11] lock in on the defensive end and they're never gonna have to worry about that which will then also provide him and Zion will be using a lot more a fantastic finishing opportunities for one another

[00:19:25] so I look forward to seeing how that works now we're not done with New Orleans not by long shot because we're about to get to the part where what are they doing right and this is where I'm having

[00:19:40] you know an issue oh let me finish up one other thought with Zion and the John Tay Murray the picking role possibility with these two because think about it you can get DA Joe hand

[00:19:58] off with that you can get DA Joe so you can get picking pops with the John Tay Murray and just a picking role actions that you can run with those two just and how they can get to the

[00:20:10] room both of them I am really excited to see these two play and I'm gonna tell you for me it is going to be a appointment viewing on early season NBA league pass for me to watch Zion

[00:20:29] and to John Tay Murray do their thing because I want to see how it all works how much time it takes and things that at nature now what's going on with Brandon Ingram there's gonna a lot of stuff

[00:20:42] out there a lot of rumors a lot of stuff going on well does he fit this team can you do this and questions about what can he understand a lesser role if he was in this this role this

[00:20:59] number two role you know do we want to invest max dollars into somebody who we think we seen his ceiling and I say that with some trepidation because I don't know you know I think

[00:21:18] there's a possibility that we have but Brandon Ingram behind is one of those guys that it's hard for me to sit there and go okay um you know with a tweak here in tweaked there he could

[00:21:36] didn't get a little bit better but it's gonna be up to him and what he wants to get out of this situation because if he wants the money that he is asking for because he wants max dollars he wants

[00:21:49] all the dollars so let me read this statement to you now this was why David Griffin the president and player personnel other new world pelicans he was on serious xm in b a and uh he's

[00:22:04] so he was on there and this is a direct quote from him he said so I think from a relationship standpoint we have been clear we'd prefer Brandon stays with us and Brandon basically

[00:22:20] been pretty clear that he prefers to stay with us at the same time there is a financial reality to this and where I think we can go in terms of keeping this group together it might not be as far

[00:22:38] as b i and his representatives so that's a lot of talk to say a Brandon we don't think you're a max guy we got our max guy in xion you're the number two guy we would like to pay you number two

[00:23:01] like money Brandon's rebuttal to that is player I play more games than xion and then David Griffin's rebuttal to that is not too many more because here's the other thing we're Brandon and Grim as talentin as he is sometimes frustrated frustratingly talented now I'm going to

[00:23:28] give you a name from the past and people there's people who listen to this podcast who love this and I know there are some young people in this podcast situation they're like this old man is talking

[00:23:40] about old people again but I bring this up because Brandon and Grim has a particular style to him if you look at him sometimes you wonder if the effort is there and it really is very unfair

[00:24:00] because Brandon and Grim is one of the better players in this league no doubt so I want to give him his flowers when I say this there are some things that he has to tweak right and who Brandon

[00:24:14] ingram reminds me of now it's a smaller version in the sense when you talk about Brandon ingram but he reminds me of Sam Perkins and the reason why I say that is they had the same kind of

[00:24:30] personality laid back it looked effortless it looked like they weren't trying it looked too easy like why aren't you given if you can do this you can definitely you can do more

[00:24:47] they just had a elegance to their game that something like a sicko who are like oh my god why aren't you bleeding for this basket wall you know team now that was my thought process back

[00:25:03] in the day I can tell you I'll grown up a little bit so you know we you know we get nuanced through this whole process right we get nuanced so Brandon ingram reminds me of a lot of Sam Perkins

[00:25:16] and the one thing that Sam Perkins added to his shot diet late later in his career is he took advantage of the three point line and he understood that at six foot nine and six foot 10

[00:25:29] and he was playing like a small ball center at that point that there weren't a lot of centers coming out to check him at the three point line and he made some money out there now we ran

[00:25:42] into a busaw in 90 oh was the 91 against the bulls and that Jordan T because you know Jordan was awesome but one of the key components to the lager's getting there was Sam Perkins and Brandon ingram

[00:26:01] he does a lot of his damage in the mid range now for Brandon ingram to really want and expect the type of one he's talking about he is going to have to augment his gain to

[00:26:12] in a sense unlocks iron and also unlocked Dejonte Murray who is his next co-star so he's going to have to shoot more threes and he's going to reluctant guy to do so and it's not because he can't shoot

[00:26:28] them because he does he shoots him at a pretty respectable level it's just that he prefers to you know do the shaking bay the you know the he's the in between your legs instead back

[00:26:42] and get into a 18 foot contested jump shot that's his game and people don't want him to be there never want to option if that's what it is all the time and that's the problem so that's where we are

[00:27:00] now we are spent a lot of time on norma so I wonder if we're going to get to that 14 well I think we're going to pick up the case a little bit here so let's talk about the Utah

[00:27:11] Jazz for a second now Danny age and Zannick they're running the franchise over there along with Ryan Smith the owner of smart guy smart guy um their all season so far has been

[00:27:26] not existing it's hey let's get our rookies in sign them we're not doing too much until today until today so the Utah Jazz has sent Chris done to the Los Angeles clippers for Russell Westbrook who it looks like

[00:27:48] he will be bought out by the Utah Jazz and then he will be going to the Denver nuggets par woege of ESPN per shang sharania of the athletic and what's it what's it what's a little

[00:28:06] squarcing but you know shams and then also our guy Jake Fisher as well so everybody has this story that's what's going on and it's funny we were gonna talk about there's nothing going on there's been rumors there were things but there hasn't been anything and now my question

[00:28:28] because if you still think about it it's a heads record will hold on you you're I can see your dumping salary somehow and then you're going to buy out Russell really doesn't hurt you you got some

[00:28:42] picks up the deal on sure so okay cool what kind of like we still don't know what we're doing with the rest of this so we're about to get to the rest of this so Danny has put a

[00:29:00] I mean a King's ransom on lawyer marketing and we will say previously on this podcast that the lawyer marketing thing will come to a head by August 6 so there's no like real pressure at this

[00:29:15] resident moment unless you are saying hey today is July 18 I think there's going to be a lot of teams that are gonna shut it down soon because they're gonna have representatives over in France

[00:29:31] for the Olympics making sure their star player doesn't get hurt or whatever the case may be right so there might be an honest to go ahead and start getting something together with the next

[00:29:46] two three days um we've said on this podcast that some really get usually when there is just a just a breeding ground for trades and and rumors and talks and things of that nature so far

[00:30:01] on the Utah Inn it has been slow going because there was a rumor about the lawyer marketing and deal out there about Golden State and we talked about on a previous spot they wanted everything they wanted Jonathan Kaminka they wanted Moses Moody they wanted Brandon Pazimski

[00:30:22] and Pazimski was the one supposedly that was like Delta Bridge too far we're not doing this we're not giving you Brandon Pazimski who is on the second year of his rookie deal and is probably one of our starters no we're not doing that so

[00:30:40] you know Utah Danny and Danny always has had a high asking price for his guys he likes to win trades we talked about it previously and now we're in a situation where it is a stairdown

[00:30:57] between Golden State and Utah on what they want to do with lawyer marketing now there are other teams that could get involved in this and they're having an other team to link to lawyer marketing

[00:31:09] now I don't know what he wants to do I don't know he really has a lot of say I'm sure Dan is going to go with like the best possible deal but I think that lawyer marketing it has meant something to

[00:31:23] Ryan Smith and to that organization he has been nothing but a professional since he's been there he has elevated his game and really his kept that team respectable in a situation where they shouldn't be respectable I think they've been trying to tank for a couple years now

[00:31:45] and this year if you think about what we're going into and see this is the cutoff line are you in or are you out on this 2020 25 draft class if you're in on this black draft class

[00:32:02] then you're going to have to get off lawyer marketing you're going to have to get off Jordan Clarkson and you're going to have to get off Colin Sexton because those guys provide too much

[00:32:14] competency and they provide too much stability for the evil genius that is the head coach which is will hearty will hearty if he has those pieces around him he is going to figure out ways to win games

[00:32:31] along with the youth movement that is coming I think also you want to make sure you want to clear the way and see what you have for see what you have in Taylor Hendrix you want to see what you

[00:32:43] have in Walker Castle here obviously and Bryce Sinsubah will see what goes on there but those other type of things that are a foot with the Utah Jazz at this present moment now

[00:33:02] I will say just the Chris Dunne move is that like the opening salvo of hey we're about to tear this down and we're going to go full force for what seems to be and we're I'm telling you

[00:33:22] we got stuff in August for you I cannot wait but this draft class that's coming up is amazing and there's a lot of buzz about it so we are looking forward to getting our hands on it

[00:33:36] and starting to see what's out there and really get into it so keep it locked here but there's a time situation now because August 6 you can get the lawyer marking the the extension

[00:33:56] and then you can then trade him by February 6 which is the the actual trade deadline coming up in 2025 so mark your calendar February 6 is the NBA trade deadline in season

[00:34:15] now if he is extended after August 6 and I know this is minutia for some of you but for some of us we really care about this stuff so after August 6 he is a Utah Jazz for the entire year

[00:34:33] and then you know if you wanted to go ahead and make a move at that point you could it I personally think that if they are really trying to get into this 2025 draft

[00:34:48] they are going to start peeling off some of the some of the blossoming fruits that have come off their tree so I think that Lori marked in I think maybe we come down on the price a little bit

[00:35:02] get some more picks and maybe you know a second draft type of dude see if we can build a Kismarquit and flip him the same way or he might be part of the new time frame with the guy who's

[00:35:15] coming in next year depending on whoever that is so they have some they have some decisions to make and Salt Lake City we will see what they do I am optimistic that I think the Chris Dunn

[00:35:31] trade might be the start the genesis of what the actual master plan is for a dating age so again keep in mind we're going to do a pod for Friday tonight hopefully if anything breaks down

[00:35:50] we'll have that information for you but if something breaks over the weekend we will do an emergency pod so do not worry if it's big enough I'll tell you in the past if it's big enough we will do

[00:36:05] all right let's get to Atlanta because there another team that I'm scratching my head about because they kind of fall into the same category as normal and it's like you started something

[00:36:18] and then you didn't finish it so let me kind of give you some things that are going on in Atlanta so they made the trade right they okay we traded the genotae Murray this two guard situation

[00:36:29] didn't work um dejontae Murray for whatever reason wasn't the defensive point of attack guy that we thought he was going to be that could slow down some of the guards and then allow

[00:36:45] the bigs and the wings to help them on the back end so now they scrap that project and they brought in dice and Daniels from New Orleans who's a bigger version of dejontae Murray now if you believe

[00:37:01] that the shooting is going to come around now dice and Daniels we talked about earlier the shooting hasn't come around it's like a 31% 31% uh 31% uh 3.5ft the other thing that we were talking about

[00:37:16] and we were talking about a story while trading we were talking about executives around the league not really valuing a trade young at this present time and it goes to the style of play

[00:37:30] of trading young I believe that trade is very special I'm hard on trade because I think there's more two trade do everything that he will be a defensive plus no do I think he'll even be a defensive

[00:37:49] not net negative not net positive no I think he will always be a net negative defender but you know what helps you in those situations if you pass the ball the teammates and they get to

[00:38:06] touch the ball and then they are maybe more out to work hard for you now I've said this in the class people kind of boohoo and said well venture just hating because trade young it's all there

[00:38:18] ball and doing all kinds of crazy stuff but well no there are people in this league the house said man it's really hard to play with trade because he doesn't get off the ball and you saw

[00:38:31] Luca kind of defer a little bit with the Kyrie Irving pairing and they kind of hope that Atlanta would do the same thing with the John T. Murray but trade was really not very interested in that

[00:38:45] and if you saw the possessions where when trade and to John T. Murray went on the court and to John T. had the wall and says trade did nothing he didn't move he was just like

[00:38:56] almost a way back here y'all do y'all thing and then when it's my turn to do what I do you know you know what time it is so that's what kind of kind of brought down his trade value now some

[00:39:10] other stuff they got like we said they got the dice and Daniel situation but here's the thing that I want to bring up with with Atlanta bear with me for a second I think that we know what

[00:39:24] direction they want to go in we think but I do want to put poises poses as a question which direction are you going and the reason why I say that because the the Hawks have a lot they have a lot still

[00:39:42] even with all the things they don't have anymore the things they do have remember they lost the deep bay who signed a free edge of contract to play elsewhere they let him walk because he was

[00:39:56] injured and will have you but think about all the people they have so there's a plant copella room are out there I think the lagers are heavily involved in that since now who's the other the

[00:40:11] aqua their eye since window Carter Jr is now off the market in Orlando and let me go ahead and specify this I am very excited that Orlando decided not to do something with window Carter Jr even

[00:40:26] this would have helped the lagers I would have to have window Carter Jr on the lagers but without that being said I think keeping window Carter out there as a stretch big also somebody who

[00:40:45] is yeah he's injury prone but not as injury prone as Jonathan Isaac he's still on a relatively cheap contract you can always revisit this come February if maybe somebody else has jumped off

[00:41:00] off the page to you and shown some development you know an athlete black has taken a step forward or whatever the case may be or with this new alignment with a contagious call of Pope

[00:41:14] you know your team takes a step forward and maybe you revisit this situation come NBA trade deadline right before the all-star great but having having window Carter Jr on this team going into this this year where you now have had some playoff experience and

[00:41:38] people are now gunning for you I think having more weapons on the team good thing to have so don't you manage that well clink of pellet getting back to Atlanta getting back to what's going on here so again we'll ask the question here which direction are you going

[00:41:57] it now they have clink of pellet who they haven't treated yet which I thought there was going to be a trade like draft night like or right after the agency was open in there was all

[00:42:12] this stuff going on with clink of pellet so clink of pellet still there they're still rumors swirling around this dude legers other teams looking for backup centers it's nuts there's a lot going on

[00:42:29] then you have a neck a conglue who is the guy out of USC still young prospect still developing high hopes uh the Atlanta organization loves them uh I heard they were a couple ties where his name

[00:42:49] was out there dangling out there uh I can tell you that uh from my talks with people who are uh sources that I have that I'm really confident in said that that the Atlanta franchise really

[00:43:07] really likes a conglue so I'm not saying that he wasn't on trade blog what I was saying is that if he was on the trade blog it had to be something really special for him to do that so all right

[00:43:20] and then they got Larry Nath Jr in the deal so you got those three vigs now here's the other part of this is the wing group so you got jailing Johnson as one of the starters for sure

[00:43:32] now whatever you think of dice and dangles is he the two guard next to tray you you got half to tell me the three has shown up somewhere but think about all these other wings that they have

[00:43:46] so they have the they have bogged on by Donavich they have deandry hunter they have vitty kretchi they have garrison and Wesley Matthews and then they have the new additions which is dice and dangles ej ladel and then they're number one overall kick Zachary Rishashe so

[00:44:15] there's a lot of wings and there's a lot of centers there has to be a trade somewhere some somewhere there has to be one right I'm hoping that there is so

[00:44:32] this is a team that obviously has a lot to do it's really hard for me to see that there this this iteration of the hawks is going into next season the way they are currently constituted

[00:44:48] it is absolutely hard for me to fathom because I think they want to get Rishashe has shown enough where he is going to get to play a lot now I don't know if you're keycun deandry hunter

[00:45:09] vitty kretchi play last year sparingly and he played in like 22 games I don't mean it is numbers real quick for you he played in 22 games and he shot the ball 49% overall from the field 41.2% from the 3 point land now here's the thing those were in the like the last 22

[00:45:34] games of the year okay so you know how it goes got teams tanking really hard now we got teams like okay this dude definitely needs a rest because we are high playoff seed so we're playing at

[00:45:48] land now we don't need all our big guns out here so keep this in mind when we talk about kretchi kretchi and his numbers he did play against like the back end of the schedule

[00:46:01] back end of schedules will be different into front end of the schedule obviously and I don't know I'm not saying that the numbers are bogus what I am saying is I like to see this the whole year right

[00:46:14] but that's what's going on with Atlanta so you have a bunch of wings you have a bunch of bigs and not enough minutes for all of them and you have a number one overall picks it in there and you have a lot of wings

[00:46:30] who are still either young and developing or young and saying hey man my you know my my third my third contracts for me you know a deodry hunter you know I'm not saying

[00:46:47] that he is he's playing for his his I would consider his like fruitful NBA contract life right if something doesn't pop now it'll be really hard press to see me see deodry hunter get more than like

[00:47:09] he might fall into that category of like oh you're like the 16 to 18 million do now like you're no longer a viable thought process as a third guy where you can make like 25 to 35 million dollars no you're the you might start possibly your best situation is coming off the

[00:47:34] bench so you're a 16 to 18 to which is right above the veteran middle level the middle exception so you got that now Garrison and Wesley Matthews those guys are just there you know like

[00:47:55] hey listen it's some real shit go down and everybody get hurt we got these two dudes and they can put up some points they're not gonna provide a lot of defensive cover but they can shoot the wall

[00:48:09] space of floor whatever case and be good pros but dice and Daniels EJ LaDelle and Recese say we're gonna get minutes right off the bat I do not expect Recese to have less than like a 20

[00:48:26] minute again roll right off the bat I think the vision down the roll now I could be rather about this when I'm stepping out on a limb I think that you're seeing kind of a I wouldn't say a changing

[00:48:43] in guard but they're starting to wrestle the franchise away a little bit from tray right and um you know you got you got Jaylin Johnson right who really showed out last year really showed that he has a

[00:49:00] lot of juice he's laying thing six with eight can shoot the ball pretty well defensively provides some some some weeks I help opposition to the offensive what have you so they really like him

[00:49:19] and then you have Recese who basically is kind of like the same type of dude he looks like he does all the stuff that we didn't get to see on the tape that his people said we guarantee you is there

[00:49:37] he just did not get to show it but we're starting to see a lot of it in summary the second side initiation is real and I'm not worried about the shooting at all I am not worried about the shooting at all

[00:49:52] what I am nothing and I you want to worry about he just has to get stronger you know that's what it is he's just he's 19 what do you expect him to look like you know so you know wait room

[00:50:10] he gets stronger but I see no reason that like in next year did you have a starting lineup where it's trade everything goes right right trade dice dice and dangles Zachary Recese Jaylen Johnson and Anaca Akongu you know and then they have their pieces coming off the

[00:50:33] bench like Buffy and who I am praying to God this kid gets some time this year because he didn't get any time last year with all the crap that was going on in Atlanta I hope Kobe Buffy can get a shot

[00:50:47] and if not he can be part of one of the trades where some other pieces are going somewhere else we'll see with that being said we are gonna cut it off right here so there will be a part two

[00:51:03] we've already kind of told you that Brooklyn will be in part two I have a lot of notes on Brooklyn uh so the latest thing is Russell Westberg has been traded to the Utah Jazz who are probably

[00:51:22] immediately going to buy Russ out there are rumors that he is going to Denver so hit us up on x at front runner PC and also at so at Raya underscore funch FRPC let us know what you think of that

[00:52:03] Russ being very athletic at his age he's played a lot of games so that dude is pretty smart he'll be able to figure it out so we're excited to see what Russ can do in the mile high city so shop

[00:52:16] out to our guy Russ because he is a UCLA growing and you know how I feel about all UCLA growing's a clap all day you know we put the fours up here you know Sam we do a big so
