Zion Williamson's inconsistency and lack of commitment to improving his game are holding him back from reaching his full potential.

The Orlando Magic and their young players, like Jalen Suggs, are exceeding expectations and showing promise for the future.

[00:00:00] Hey, it's Wednesday. You know what time it is. It's FRPC and we're on the air and we got a lot to give to my apologies for Monday. I have some personal issues going that I needed to take care of.

[00:00:28] And we are now getting to the podcast now, but you will still have two podcasts this week. Guaranteed, we're going to go over the in-season tournament. We're going to go over some of the things that happen.

[00:00:42] We're going to talk about a one thing that's been kind of trending on social media, which we all knew was going to happen and I'm going to get into that in a second. And there's a couple little trade rumors.

[00:00:58] So you know where we're going with this and a couple little stats that I want to kind of hit people to if you're not already hit to it. But the one other thing that I want to talk about. Little behind the scenes. Let me tell you something.

[00:01:16] It is very hard to get a Canadian and Australian and American all on the same page. We're still efforting to get that together. The guys are still on board, Nico Mietelo and Dan Blackburn.

[00:01:33] We are just now in a situation of trying to get time zones together and get some cohesion. So we're with us. It is coming. I might have jumped a gun in the sense of saying that maybe they were coming a little bit earlier. That's my fault.

[00:01:53] So my bad on that and but we're efforting and they're coming soon. That's what I can tell you. I can't give you exact dates. What I can tell you they're coming soon. All right, with that out the way. Let's talk a little basketball.

[00:02:11] But before we kind of get it, we're going to talk basketball on talk well. How people are dealing with these things that happen. And what I mean by that is the Los Angeles Lakers when the in-season tournament. Right. We'll get into the performances and whatnot.

[00:02:32] But as soon as they wanted, you heard, oh, it's another thing. It's another deal. It's this is that now in the grand scheme of things. The only thing that matters is the Larry O'Brien trophy at the end of the day. Right.

[00:02:52] This is something that Adam Silver wanted to drum up more competitiveness early in the season, more interest from the casual fan and I think all those things were cheap. But it's funny how the week leading up to the finals and the in-season,

[00:03:14] in-season tournament, it was the coordination of Tyre's Hall of Wyrton. And what a stage this is and all these things. And it was, all those things were still true. But as soon as the India pays us got druged by the Lakers,

[00:03:38] it was like, well, you know, it doesn't mean anything. It's a worthless championship, you know, the rocket had this but we know who the real championship contenders are and listen. If you listen to this part before, you know that I'm not super crawl liberal on,

[00:04:10] but I'm also not super negative liberal on. My thing, my take on the ground is this. If we're just talking about the team, it's going to be really hard for me to, now he is proving me wrong every single day.

[00:04:28] But it's hard for me as I've seen over the last four or five years with him, in a Laker uniform, that he is going to hold up. And if he's going to be your number one guy and he's going to miss Tyre,

[00:04:43] along with AD who's also this year can pretty healthy and not miss games and look at what the record is for Lakers this year. This team, you know, this team will go as far as they will take them and I had questions about that.

[00:05:03] Now I'm a Laker fan, I go way back. We talked about it on this pod and nauseam. But check out the archive pods. I think I'm pretty fair when it comes to Leron, what he can, what he can't do, whatever.

[00:05:19] But when we talk about just the greatness of him, people will talk about it. He did this for the league. He did this for the brand. He did this for the marketing. He did this for the TV rights that they can now sell

[00:05:35] the in-season tournament to whom ever, right? He did all this. He cared about something that was completely innocuous. We didn't know anything about it. We did understand the point system, the courts, all this. But because he cared, we cared. And again, I bring everyone's attention.

[00:06:02] Even my, I'll tell you right now, I had New Orleans and the Paces in the in-season tournament. Final, I didn't think that Leron would care this much. One. So I was wrong there. Thank you, Leron for proving me wrong again.

[00:06:23] And I just thought that the energy level of the young teens the Leron would not be able to match that wrong again. They did that too. But I still wanted to try to convey the message of what we're seeing from LeBron right now is just very unimaginable.

[00:06:51] And I think once Creeperer able to take a step back and know that at the age of 38 about three, 39 in like a couple weeks, this dude is still dominating. Like Michael was in doing that. Okay? Michael wasn't doing that.

[00:07:15] He was a role player by the time he got to this 20th season. Now, let's do this carrying on team. Now, he has helped with AD and Austin playing now seemingly consistent. But make no mistake about it.

[00:07:39] If you look at the on-off numbers with LeBron on the court in LeBron, Northe-Court, it's significant. There's so much better with LeBron on the court and they're terrible without them. They're not the fixat if they think they're going to really make a championship run.

[00:07:55] But I go to say all that to say this is that we don't appreciate the man for what he's actually doing for the league, what he's doing for basketball as a whole. And also, let's give him his flowers, man. Again, in the grand scheme of things,

[00:08:13] does it in season tournament matter for anything? It matters to like the kids who are like on their rookie deals the two way contract dudes, you know, the one year veteran minimum dudes. This is a nice little payday for them. Right? It matters to the league because we've

[00:08:36] just joined up interest in the middle of December when we should all be talking about our fancy football teams. Right? So all these things, and as soon as the Lakers win, we got a chance to tournament, we gotta say, oh, this is, it doesn't mean anything.

[00:08:55] Okay, they did play a hot team. Tyre's hot-hallowerton was absolutely on fire. And now we'll get into it. We'll get into what the pot was, but I wanted to talk about that first. What we did see in this tournament is the definition of compete level, right?

[00:09:24] The display that AD had in his huge performance. And then angered by a 38 year-old Alguarant, who's ready for the challenge of a one-tie-re's hall of Wirton, right? Because we were on this kid last week. And I'll still on this kid, amazing performance, by the way, under the rest.

[00:09:48] I mean, if you saw that trap that Cam Reddish and AD put on them, where it looked like he almost, it looked like Tyre's almost fell into a hole or something. It was crazy. But that's what I'm talking about is that he played well

[00:10:07] the whole tournament got to this game. And he was the only one that showed up, scored like 20, I think I had 11 assists. But their aggression on defense was tangible. I mean, it was really something to behold. 41 points, 20 rebounds, four blocks from AD. You know the numbers.

[00:10:35] But this was the sort of forosity that was shown by Davis that it changes my PLV or what I think this team could be. Here's the thing, I still have the concerns of injury, but like I've been told by many friends of mine.

[00:10:56] You can predict injury, so I don't know why you're all downtrodden on this team. But you know, they're I see a history. But if I'm just looking at what it is right now and how it is, it's one of those situations where you're at a point

[00:11:30] if this is what AD is going to be, I got to real value weight what I think the lake could be. You know, and I'll be more than happy you say I was wrong. You know, I have them like seven like play and whatever.

[00:11:49] But if they're going to get consistent play like this from AD and listen, he's not going to give you 40 and 20. I mean, that's ridiculous. But if AD is going to hover around, hover around that 26 and like 10 and 11

[00:12:06] and you can constantly count on that, that's the gain changer for the lakeers, that's a gain changer for the lead. I still think Boston and Denver are cut above. Don't get me wrong. I'm not sitting here saying now the lakeers.

[00:12:29] You know, risen to the top of the board, not at all. But they might be in that second tier like if, you know, my belief in the Philadelphia 76ers, you know, what I think I'm going to soda, Phoenix, still,

[00:12:47] hunters, trans, it's those teams that I want to talk about. And okay, I want to, I want to parse this out. So when I talk about this, I want to be critical but I also want to be fair. We're going to talk about Zion one more time.

[00:13:11] Here's the thing, the other night, Zion dropped 36 after the performance Thursday against the lakeers where he looked completely disinterested. He looked like he definitely out of shape. There was a lot of comments and there were a lot of people who really came down on him.

[00:13:43] The worlds are out, sort of speak if you want to talk about it that way, right? You got now reporters that are saying from team sources who weren't talking before about, you know, his conditioning and what the team has actually said to him

[00:14:04] and it's seen the fallen on deaf ears. Here's the one thing, and I think dog River said it best. I would never give up on the talent. Man, that talent is very, very tantalizing. But I'm going to say this to Zion and I hope it sounds respectful.

[00:14:32] My guy, you dropped that 36, it didn't make any difference about that performance that you showed on a national stage, my man. You know, you don't get a ton of opportunities in New Orleans to be on center stage like that.

[00:14:52] So far, be it for me to go ahead and say, okay, your bounce back game, your bounce back game was, you know, this is you, right? It's all the same things. If you're having it, right? Because here's the deal. Do you want to be the best or not?

[00:15:26] Because that's what it comes down to. You have all the physical gifts. I'll be at the habits aren't exactly where they need to be. The power, the burst, the touch around the rim. You know, you're going to have games where you go 13 to 17.

[00:15:47] You're just that physically gifted that that can happen. But until you decide that you want more of the NBA, rather than the NBA lifestyle has to offer until you make that choice, we're going to still be here. We're going to still be wondering what you could be,

[00:16:20] is all going to be theoretical, is all going to be conceptual. And really at this point, I almost don't want to talk about it unless it's like, okay, we got to talk about what you're doing either good or bad.

[00:16:38] But I don't want to talk about this particular thing. But I don't think that New Orleans gets to the upper echelon until Zion decides to take his game seriously and take him so seriously. And I hope that does happen because in a selfless way,

[00:16:58] I just want us to be able to experience and enjoy what Zion could fully do. And if for him, I want him to be able to reach that zenith. Listen, nobody, we can't say here and think that everybody's going to have

[00:17:20] a bronze career or a Kobe's career or whoever you think is one of the greatest players you ever do it. Right? But I would love for that kid to have a good 10 years and then we can kind of go down. Man, that was nice.

[00:17:36] You know, that was nice. We look at tracing with greatest career. And yeah, there's some holes in it. There's some, you know, there's some, what could it be in or whatever? Well, you know what we don't do. We don't ever go, oh, Tracy is trash.

[00:17:58] You know, we go that boy could cook. You know, when we talk about our iverson, that's the ultimate do who left it all on the court. You know, and now we have Zion and we're just waiting. And that's what it is, man.

[00:18:20] It's not like we're down on you and we just want to, you know, trash talk to you. It's not that at all. We actually are jealous maybe of you. I'm jealous of your guy given abilities. And we just would like selfishly to see a mall come to fruition.

[00:18:44] And, you know, it just doesn't seem like right now that's the case. So moving on. A teen that looks like there a little bit ahead of schedule. And we are a land on magic. We need to give it out for them. They're like 17 and 7.

[00:19:08] They are the, the, the, the, the third in defense of rating at 108.8. The two teams ahead of them are the timber walls and the Houston rockets at 106.9 and 108.2. These numbers from where for a couple of days ago, so they money changed a little bit.

[00:19:29] You get to buy right. But a team that is anchored by second year, Paulo Ben Caro and third year, Franz Wagner. And they've been missing window Carter and they also been missing Mark L. Foltz. They've had a ton of injuries. And, and there. Oh, here's the other thing.

[00:19:54] Their net rating is 5.1 would rank fifth in the NBA. So there's your numbers. Want to make sure you get those out. We are a numbers podcast a little bit. Another guy who's been playing well and it really warms my heart because I was on them on drafts.

[00:20:16] It's not about me being right. It's just I, I want the player because he plays so hard. I want him to be successful. And that is a jail in sucks. Javan Sags is starting to find his game.

[00:20:32] And now all the intended rules can now be on full display. Just by shooting 37.1% from 3.1, opens up a myriad of possibilities with him. What the one thing that you get to see all the time is 50 50 balls. After defensive hands.

[00:20:58] He's averaging 1.8 steals a game, which is third and league at this point. So he's a dog at defender. And he's a connective piece. It's all the things that I saw with Javan Sags at Gonzaga. All the things that I loved about him at Gonzaga.

[00:21:21] Now, I never said he was going to be a star. I always thought this is what he could be. He, I thought this was the type. He was going to be a really good player on a on a team that could be successful. Hold on for one second.

[00:21:35] I just noticed I lost a lighter. Sorry for the little downs that just popped out. So so Javan has really, really stepped up his game. It's been nice to see. Here's the other thing. All of what they're doing is pretty sustainable.

[00:22:04] They really haven't even shot the ball well from outside yet. You know, Jayla Sags is shooting it. Well, they could use another shooter. But there, there, there having so much fun. I think Cole Anthony talked about it on the Zach low podcast. How they're having so much fun.

[00:22:28] And actually as we're talking about it, go to the Tate and Cole Anthony have become like best friends, like a bobe and Toby back in the day. So the world man says real and Cole Anthony has absolutely impressed me. Now, here's the funny part.

[00:22:52] By his own admission, Cole said that he did embrace the control last season because he still believes that he's a start. He said even to this day. But now that he's fully embraced the six man role,

[00:23:15] his play, his numbers, everything has him screaming up the charts as six man to the year. He shouldn't almost 46% from the field, 37% from three, 84% from free throw. He's averaging 4.5 rebounds a game which is awesome. Especially off the bench for like a 22 minute game player.

[00:23:46] And he just gives them some sort of juice that, like I said, when you see Cole Anthony and Jaylen Sugs, and you surround them with Paul O'er and Fonds, it just gives them a juice, it gives them a just a punch that I don't know.

[00:24:07] It seems like it's organic and it just kind of builds and builds and builds. And I think that's why they're all playing about their heads and deep into things of that nature. And the one thing that I think some people who are very, very smart have talked about,

[00:24:28] I think Ryan were still his mission on his pod. I think Bill Simmons might have mentioned it on his pod. I think Zach also wanted to mention it. But it's positional length that is also critical. Yes, you can have the center who's 6-11,

[00:24:48] but if your guards are 6-2, and they don't have the wingspan or whatever case it would be, it's going to be hard to defend. But when you're starting out and you're looking at a team right where the smallest guy on the court is like 6-4 or 6-5.

[00:25:07] Jaylen Sugs is the smallest guy on the court. You know, Anthony Black is been playing. You got Fransus 6-9-6-10. You got Paolo at 16-6-11. You know, when Wendok Carter gets back, you got him. Goga Bautata is like 6-11. Shout out to Goga Bautata.

[00:25:29] They do got let go by Indiana. Remember he was supposed to be like a stretch five. He creates his game. He's kind of like a bruising center who just like eats up rebounds and stuff like that and provides good backup minutes.

[00:25:55] Right now he's going into the starting row. But good for Goga to carve out a little row in the NBA. So now that leads us to a segment that I want to call front runner whispers. And front runner whispers is brought to you by Hashtag Boone Baby,

[00:26:24] because we're going to get into a couple things that I've heard. Things that we don't record it. And maybe I can show it a little light. Maybe I can't we'll see. Baitro reports Eric Beesston and the athletic shots,

[00:26:43] Charonina have reported that there is heavy interest in the Raptors, OG and Annabee in Pascal, Siakum for the EDN of Paces. Now Atlanta's also involved Sacramento's also involved. So they're not the only team. Well, they're a couple of shadow teams involved as well.

[00:27:10] Not at Liberty to talk about that, but they're looking at the Raptors when big wing market. Okay, so. Paces fans. I have a question for you. And we for our ask it, I want to get the notes that I have.

[00:27:33] From who I talked to actually Nico has some thoughts on this. So I went to a bunch of places but I do have some notes. So I was speaking to an Eastern Conference for an office person. Not like to have a person with someone in a front office.

[00:27:48] And we were talking about, you know, do what do you think of, you know, somebody's trade rumors and whatever. And we start talking about Indiana. And then he said, do you think OG or Pat, it was more OG?

[00:28:05] He's like, do you think that really pushes them to like the upper echelon? Like when you make a trade light is, you know, it kind of signal something. Right? It's supposed to signal like we're doing something, right? And he says, is this the move that does it?

[00:28:26] Now Nico, Chimes in. He says, grab an player. When it's difficult to bring in for agents in Indiana, which I agree to get a defensive wing who can provide offensive punch in Siakho and or in an interview would be great if you can come to the

[00:28:49] end of the day. And if you can get an old gNNB on a number three type, not class girls to yacom, but OG and the nobby. If you can get him on a third, the third person in your rotation

[00:29:01] deal, like you're not giving up five or four on graphics for OG and the nobby. And then you can get him on a third, the third person in your rotation deal. Like you're not giving up five or four on graphics for OG and the nobby.

[00:29:20] Or three or whatever, you shouldn't give up. You should give up like one and maybe like a second one that's like following you basically. But is that something that Indiana should do? Now here's my question. This was my thought. Do you have to do anything?

[00:29:41] Now, yeah, we saw something in that ESC's internment that you need one more guy. I just like what they're building right now. And I think if you brought in a new guy, it would change the whole dynamic. Wood, Bruce ground even be there.

[00:30:06] What did it stunt the growth of mother and do you care? You haven't seen Jerry's Walker yet really unless you watch a lot of Indiana Paser and G. Lee games. I don't know, I don't know if this is the time to pound, but I also know this.

[00:30:31] Take Dallas. Take Dallas and that's the cautionary till right? They went in on a guy and it wasn't the right guy. Sometimes you don't go in on a guy like let's say Memphis, right? We've been talking about Memphis for three years about the income and team.

[00:30:53] And now they've been devastated by injury. They have a player that's about to come back very, very soon. But they got off to a terrible start. And I don't know what they can bounce back from it. I hope they can. Who knows, right? Who knows?

[00:31:13] But that window in catching the right guy at the right time in that window is the hardest thing to do in the NBA. So I can't kill the Pacers if they do jump on something.

[00:31:30] But I would caution that you want to pump the brakes and see what's really out there. And maybe you've got to use this season as a filling out process. And then you have a clear picture of what you need in the Aussies and you got to get it.

[00:31:47] But whatever the Pacers do right now, the one thing we know about them is that they're super exciting. They're super fun to watch. And I can't get enough of Tyler's out of burden. And that's all we need to say about that.

[00:32:02] A couple other little rumors that are out there. The Clippers Big Wing PJ Tucker is not happy with his role currently with the Clippers. Part of story for collectpoints.com Tomoazali says that Tucker's desire to be more impactful and powerful keys to a winning team.

[00:32:25] And he says, I still feel like I have a lot to contribute to a team that to be able to win. He said whether it's here or somewhere else. All right. So those are the words of PJ Tucker. Now here's the deal.

[00:32:41] What is anybody going to give up from PJ Tucker at this point? That's a buyout candidate and a lot of teams would have interest at that point. But I don't see somebody even giving up a second round of pick for TJ Tucker.

[00:32:59] No Dersy swag, but he's like 38 years old. And he's very niche. He's very niche. So that, I mean, I brought it up, but as a news item, but I was like, okay, you want to be traded because you're out of the rotation right now.

[00:33:22] All right, and maybe you can't help a good team. But we're not giving up assets for you. And take a sip of coffee. Yeah, so yeah, buyout candidate for sure, but other than that I can't see anything going on.

[00:33:47] Bullswing the Margarlson would like to be traded if the contract extension is not met. Now, the Margarlson would be a piece out there. He would garner a lot of interest from a lot of teams.

[00:34:10] He said his brothers, though, he would prefer to go to either New York or the Miami heat. The Winger Kevin O'Connor alluded to a couple other teams, the Lakers, the Warriors and the Maps. Now, I'm going to give you my take on this, okay?

[00:34:37] If they don't want to do more de-rosions, the desire is and, you know, he's played a long time in this league. I don't know if he has the gravitas to be able to pull that off to say, I want to go here and kind of go there.

[00:34:52] But the things where he makes a lot of sense on Miami definitely, I don't see the New York thing. And I know New York wants to start, but this is not, I don't think this is the guy for you. Do I think he could fit?

[00:35:10] Somewhat, what he doesn't provide spacing that you would need. In Miami, provided what you have to give up, if you can keep he-world and with Hock-Eyeshoot and the percentage that he is shooting, you know, you could do something there.

[00:35:34] Now, I don't know what would be the package that Miami would have to give. You know, I don't know if it would involve just basically a lot of picks and maybe some salary dump. But if that's something that they could do, they could definitely use it.

[00:35:53] Another team that I thought of that would be kind of interesting is like the Warriors to me, the Lakers, the Nakes, those teams to me, I don't particularly see it. What the man's make a lot of sense, you know, another kind of level score, you know,

[00:36:16] if Donald's shooting is going to be what is going to be because he shoots lights out this year, Kyrie can shoot it. They got some dies on the wing that can shoot it, Greg Williams can shoot it. Tim harder way, Jr., and then I can shoot it.

[00:36:34] But yeah, the more derosen on Dallas being able to kind of give their offense some diversification, that would be great. So to me, the man's in the heat, if you're talking about some teams that people already throw now out there,

[00:36:53] those two teams to me would be head and shoulders above the rest. And I think either way, he would be in a really great spot because you would have to carry the low either way. You can just be a piece.

[00:37:10] And in his stages of his career, I think he's punching above his weight right now. How can I put this? The more derosen is an incredible player. I think he would provide excellent quality depth to any team trying to make a playoff push.

[00:37:37] But he might be better suited like as a third option right now, you know, or a super six man coming off the bench, but plan like 30 minutes or whatever. That would be the role that I would have to mark the rows in it.

[00:37:56] Not hey, you are the number one guy and go get us a bucket. Now he can do that definitely, but I think that if you could put him in a more secondary or even tertiary role, I think he would be box office for the team who got them.

[00:38:15] And I think it would be dividends with the playoff push. All right, let's get into this. Detroit Pistons, supposedly want a ton for veteran big wing boyon bugdown of it. Why is this?

[00:38:38] Either way, they don't want to get real to a boyon bugdown of it for like, you know, just nothing. And I understand that part right, I get that, but asking a ton, you're 220. All right, like you're not good.

[00:39:02] By the way, you have a glut in your big department. Like you got Marvin Bagley Jr. out here, which is crazy. You got it. Okay, so you got Marvin Bagley Jr. You got Jayden Doran who right now can't stay healthy because he keeps turning his ankle.

[00:39:27] And you got Jayne's wise man, which for the life of me I don't understand. Like you got way too many bigs for the lack of shooting you have. Isn't not like everybody else is a marksman. Let's go over some of these numbers. Jayne Ivy. 30.5% for three.

[00:39:54] Okay, kind of him. 33.6 from three are still a Thompson, which we knew. We knew from the jump when a good three point shooter 14.6 from three, right? But your your bigs, they don't shoot well either.

[00:40:14] Like Isaiah Stewart doesn't shoot enough to constitute people really garden him out there on the three. So they disrespect him. So we're going to pack the pain. So now half a cage game is gone.

[00:40:29] He can't drive to the hole and then assess the defense and then kick it, it's way out to one of his three point players three point shooters. Excuse me. But the team is terribly constructed. It's absolutely abominable.

[00:40:50] And you're telling me that you want to hold on to volume by the amount of age for this huge asking price. But let me tell you something. The other by the amount of age is going to get traded and we're going to see other people traded.

[00:41:08] Hell, we might even see Toronto Raptors get traded this year. And you're holding on to volume by diamond age at 220 when you need shooting desperately. If if you talk or whoever who ever wants my donovage, I'm not reporting that by the way, I'm just throwing out team names.

[00:41:32] No, it's going to be like one of the top end people. But if they got a sharp shooter, man, you guys take it. I'll take it off their hands because what you got right now, definitely is not working.

[00:41:46] And by the way, I'm not a big proponent on pull the plug. But my whole thing is this is that if you believe that K coming to him is the guy or you think I've used the guy or whatever the case may be.

[00:42:00] If you think you have one of those guys, I'm looking to trade the other one. So like I like Kate, I'm just going to be facing right now. I'm not saying I don't like Ivy, but if I was, if I was a general manager of a team,

[00:42:18] especially Detroit business, I would like okay, we got a salvage Kate. Let's do what we can to salvage him. Okay, so what do we need to do? We need to get some shooting. All right, we made a mistake on the Ivy.

[00:42:34] Let's see if we can, you know, package here with like, you know, by donovage and get like some shooting and some picks back. You know, shooting and picks. I'm not even caring about defense right now, which we could talk about that.

[00:42:53] But if you can get a wing that can shoot a decent sized guard six foot three, six foot four guard that can shoot. You can do that's in your age situation. Like an Anthony Simonz in Detroit would be absolutely spectacular now.

[00:43:15] Poorly has no need for boy on by donovage or whatever, maybe that's a spin off deal. I don't know, but the key word for the Detroit distance is shooting. That's the word of the day.

[00:43:34] So we talked about Detroit talked about their talk about their own willingness to want to trade anybody.

[00:43:44] There are a couple other things that we need to get to couple of numbers that I want to throw out there, especially for my fantasy people and also just some cool little stats.

[00:43:57] This was per stat Williams on X that's at stat Williams, Nick Mitchell Robinson has 104 defense of rebounds and 112 offensive rebounds. He's the only player this season to record more offensive rebounds and defense of rebounds with 50 plus rebounds. That's such an incredible stat man.

[00:44:24] He's just getting it. That means he's just aggressive and he's just going after it now also that also means that he misses a lot of bunnies and then he gets his rebound and then he misses another bunny and then then he finally puts it back in.

[00:44:42] So Mitchell Robinson has gone to the Moses Malone school of pattern remounds. No, I'm just kidding, but he's gone. He's definitely getting his remounds.

[00:44:54] The other one that I want to leave you with and this is some love for our people in okay see 52.1% is what case and Wallace is shooting from three point land now. I'm going to say two things.

[00:45:16] We have not talked about the Josh Getty thing here really at all and all I'm going to say is this is that I don't know. I know about the alleged situation. I have no knowledge of what actually happened and whatever this is what I'll say from afar.

[00:45:39] Absolutely, this is affecting his performance and if I was okay see, I might take him off the court.

[00:45:53] Right, just we every guardless to whether he's guilty, not guilty whatever the case and be there is he is just not built to deal with this and then try to play basketball right now.

[00:46:09] He's not he doesn't look great. He's not shooting the wall from three that wasn't his strong suit from the beginning, but you know it just might be something to think about okay see, but let's celebrate case and Wallace real quick when he was coming out and a drought and this is another thing we're trying to get to hear.

[00:46:32] And this is I'm giving you a definite just hey, me and Copa.

[00:46:37] I want it to put him like higher in my on my drought court. I think at the end of it I think I had an tenth or eleven not one percent sure but it's in the archive pods go back go back to the draft pods there there but.

[00:46:57] I remember thinking about looking at a couple other players and I was like you know what. I think I want to move case enough and I just didn't pull the trigger. Shoulder pull the trigger.

[00:47:13] Shoulder pull the trigger and actually has helped me with my draft process this year like as I'm starting to get in and look at tape and people send me clips of people whatever. It's really starting to crystallize my draft process now I think you always are.

[00:47:33] Self-scouting after they're you know even as we go along now even on draft class like two three years ago. People we missed people that we got right. Whatever but at the end of the day you're always looking for certain little things that kind of say to you.

[00:47:53] Okay this is going to work or this this is going to matter or you're always looking around the edges to get maybe a little more information that maybe.

[00:48:04] Give you a more pan around with view of the guy so you might be able to say I think I can go ahead and put my name on this guy. Right and I think when I saw what case in last year and I see this year.

[00:48:23] He just has a feel for the game.

[00:48:26] He understands his role when get he's in there he understands his role when get he's not in there he understands that he for him to be on the court he has to shoot the three and play defense he does all that. Is there more to his game yeah.

[00:48:46] I think he could actually run this team. I don't think he would because she has a ball. His hand a lot, giddy does but you know that all kid we worked out.

[00:48:56] But if he he is going he might be the closest like the young young think about young okay. He might be our new like Drew holiday. You know maybe even bet let me maybe uptake offensively.

[00:49:17] Drew holiday but maybe he might be able to grow into the defense of role too. Because he's relentless he has a tenacity for it. He doesn't mind being physical or people being physical with him.

[00:49:35] So I wanted to shout out our guy case in Wallace from Kentucky and now with the okay see Thunder shout out to our our. So we have to be able to do that. And I think that's a good thing.

[00:49:54] I want to thank all you guys for being patient with us and being patient with me. We were not expecting that we were going to have this issue. Again and again I do promise a second.

[00:50:08] If not tomorrow it will be Friday I will make sure of it and then again getting back to the Nico and day and thing we they will be on. We are waking on it but again it's Australia, Canada and. Southern California so.

[00:50:32] I know it's an all-you-know-all-workout exactly the way you wanted to but we will get it to work. We will get it to work all right so with that being said you guys enjoyed the hoops.

[00:50:45] I will see you within the next couple of days you will definitely have a second pod I promise. And again thank you again for hanging out with us. Oh, socials I forgot about the socials. Dang it okay. We gotta get way more professional in this pod but.

[00:51:07] On X front runner pc or at Nico F R PC. We also I'm going to now something on the next pod and I want you guys to to get all this and whatever. I think it's going to be funny.

[00:51:25] I think it's going to be cute and I think everybody is going to like it so. I'll now sit on the next pod y'all be cool and I will see you down the road.
